Who this group is for
Do you feel like there's something missing to connect the dots in understanding your mental health? Does the idea of a chemical imbalance just not quite inspire you? Does compartmentalizing your mental health feel a bit lack luster? Do you learn best through bigger picture maps around how things work together? Are you open-minded around considering the spirit realm?
This group is for all demographics and ages (I would need to screen ages below 15) who are desiring clarity on how their mental health is created and how their spirit plays a role in their well-being.
What to expect
Each meeting will consist of instructing participants in frameworks, followed by hands-on practice in applying them. There will be open dialogue though out and the group will be small enough for each participant to be seen and heard by the group and teacher.
You will learn: why your emotions exist and how to navigate them, how your cognition is an extension of your consciousness and the relationship between thinking and feeling, and how your body shows you how your flowing.

I'm not one who operates well inside compartmentalized thinking. Learning settings have often been frustrating for me in this regard. Hence, I greatly consider how to teach theory and frameworks in the most digest-able easy to understand way. People walk away from my workshops often exclaiming exciting about their breakthroughs and feeling the concepts are simple enough to begin to implement and integrate in their lives right away.
I practice being a personable mental health teacher by being as down to earth as I can be. I never want to present as being beyond the human experience! My focus is uplifting consciousness. I'm always learning, to a point of obsession around how consciousness shows up in us as individuals and collectively in society.
For me my breakthrough in my mental health was when I started to really understand the relationship between the mind, body, heart and spirit. Without one of these aspects of ourself, I believe understanding one's mental health is incomplete.
